I&#8217;ve realised that I&#8217;m actually not that bad a person and I need to focus on the good not the bad. I usually do focus on the good, but can quickly drop my thinking. I&#8217;m still reading &#8216;The Cyclothymia workbook&#8217; by Prentiss Price. There&#8217;s also a website.\u00a0http:\/\/www.allaboutdepression.com\/cyclothymia\/<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>So far it&#8217;s pretty good reading.
