I guess that\u2019s not always true. \u00a0The internal dialogue tells me all manner of things but often it\u2019s that I\u2019m no good and that I\u2019m a horrible person. \u00a0I guess it\u2019s wrong. \u00a0I guess that sometimes there is a decent human being in here somewhere. \u00a0It\u2019s all a fight. \u00a0There\u2019s no permanent winning. \u00a0There\u2019s also no permanent losing either. \u00a0It\u2019s just that theres no balance for me or certainly not often. \u00a0I guess I\u2019m getting more reflective as I\u2019m getting older. \u00a0Who knows.
