I\u2019m pretty tired today but I know why. \u00a0I\u2019m on week 3 of being back working out. \u00a0Already I\u2019m putting muscle back on and I\u2019m getting string fast again. \u00a0That\u2019s a big reason why. Also Fynn and I are watching \u2018Lecter\u2019 \u00a0on Netflix. It\u2019s very good. I\u2019m not sure how accurate their portrayal of psychopathy is but it\u2019s made me question a few people I know regarding it and other mh issues. \u00a0I\u2019d guess 1 is at least a narcissistic sociopath. \u00a0I\u2019ve seen it first hand in the way they\u2019ve conducted themselves. \u00a0I\u2019ve wondered if I\u2019m a psychopath but I feel things deeply so I guess that rules me out. \u00a0Sometimes I feel too much. \u00a0I guess it goes with the territory with Bipolar. \u00a0I\u2019m less angry these days too. \u00a0In fact I\u2019m pretty happy again in life. \u00a0It takes a lot to stay close to it but I do try my hardest. \u00a0It\u2019s not always easy for those around me that\u2019s for sure. I even wrote my daughter a letter the other day to tell her a few things. \u00a0It\u2019s amazing how fast kids start to become adults. \u00a0I sat on the sofa beside Fynn earlier and took in how big he\u2019s got. \u00a0I remember the little 2 year old who I used to pick up and carry. \u00a0Life goes fast. \u00a0Live it. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
