I\u2019m practicing certain breathing techniques that help lots. They\u2019re pretty much tantric\/Kundalini techniques which shift the sexual energy up into the pineal gland and pituitary gland. So far so good. I will keep going. I\u2019m doing a lot of bodyweight exercises too and am cutting intramuscular body fat. My abs are showing a bit and my obliques are now starting to show a little. I am noticing I still have lots of drive and am planning bigger things for next year now too. I will note these down in my book with certain goals like increasing my investments. I\u2019ll see how Q1 starts off and am looking to invest in more crypto and precious metals. I\u2019m looking at a few other things too but will see.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One thing I\u2019m wondering about right now though is whats causing occasional rumbling pain in my right side lower abdomen. I\u2019m hoping its simply muscle issues but am wondering if it&#8217;s my appendix starting to play up\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All in all I will keep going with my plans though.  <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh and happy belated birthday to Cherry my sister in law\/ex sister in law and happy early birthday to Charlotte a customer and friend incase they read this.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019m on day 19 of semen retention now and its easy most day.
