I&#8217;ve been up about 1\/2 hour already and practiced qigong. I managed to get a lot done yesterday and have almost got back on track or even ahead. That feeds good. Onwards and upwards.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I think I&#8217;m feeling good because I&#8217;m back on track with my circadian rhythms and I&#8217;m sleeping pretty soundly too. \u00a0Work is good too and we&#8217;re very busy.
