I’ve just been reading some stuff after having got up at 5:40 am, doing my qigong and doing some diary entries. I’ve realised that I’m actually not that bad a person and I need to focus on the good not the bad. I usually do focus on the good, but can quickly drop my thinking. So far it’s pretty good reading. I know most of the stuff already but it’s good to be reminded and to know I’m doing the right things. I guess it’s all part of the journey.
I have always struggled to find some balance in my life and always felt that my life goes in cycles, now I think I can understand it and possibly break some of those cycles too.
